How should I use it?
When adding to a pre or post workout protein shake, the suggested dose would be to add 1 teaspoon to the chosen liquid to make the protein shake(AKA, water or milk) and stir/shake vigorously till completely dissolved. Then add desired amount of protein to the liquid/beverage and stir/shake until the protein powder is completely dissolved. For best results, allow beverage to sit for 5 minutes before consumption.
