It also reduces the glycogenic amino acid effect on amino acids as opposed to utilizing the protein/amino acids to be utilized in the gluconeogenesis process when glucose levels in muscles are low or depleted.

How should I use it?

When adding to a pre or post workout protein shake, the suggested dose would be to add 1 teaspoon to the chosen liquid to make the protein shake(AKA, water or milk) and stir/shake vigorously till completely dissolved. Then add desired amount of protein to the liquid/beverage and stir/shake until the protein powder is completely dissolved. For best results, allow beverage to sit for 5 minutes before consumption.

As an intra-workout, it can be also used by adding the desired amount to the beverage. It is suggested to add between 10-50gram’s in a given beverage to be used in an intra-workout beverage.
